Brick Alberta is a developmental hockey opportunity that strives to provide superior development and opportunities for players within communities associations across Alberta. TEAM BRICK is committed to building strong, dedicated relationships with local Albertan players and coaches by enhancing the development experience and by providing the programming and experiences that meets the needs of our Alberta players and parents.TEAM BRICK takes pride in providing this once and a life time experience and player development option. The program has allowed The BRICK family to improve their skill sets further and reach their goals successfully in and outside of the game of hockey. We are very excited to have the opportunity to provide so many talented Alberta players the opportunity to become part of the BRICK FAMILY. We look forward to building a great legacy for years to come.

Our Goals Include

  • Provide Life Changing Experiences and Opportunities through Hockey Leadership Development
  • Commitment to Being the Best
  • Winning with Integrity and Character.

How do we measure success and what is our program goal?

To have the best program in the country at our level. To make this an enriched experience for everyone involved by acting congruently with our philosophy and core values. To win a championship through focus on the process It’s not winning or losing, it’s about Commitment, Attitude, Respect and Effort. Commitment to Team Work. Attitude of positivity and Unselfish Play. Respect for the Game, Teammates, Coaches, Opponents, Officials and Facilities. Effort of Hard Work and Never Quit.

This all leads to a Positive Experience and Success! Success will be achieved through the positive experience that every player that has come in contact with the program has both on and off the ice. Regardless if they tried out for the team and made it or not. Every coach/manager/player/parent and family member that wears the Team Brick logo will do so with passion and pride but in a respectful manner. For the sustainability of this program we need each playing member of Team Brick Alberta to be an ambassador for the brand/logo and must understand and accept that it is part of his/her privilege to play for the Team and participate in the Tournament and program.
